No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. However, having your personal account will make your shopping experience much easier since your shipping address and payment details will be stored and pre-filled for you. You are allowed to amend your personal details anytime by selecting the ''Change'' button next to your details.

Yes, you can place an order overseas. At present, we ship locally in Australia as well as internationally to most Asian, European countries and the United States. 

We gladly accept return for any purchased products for free within 14 days upon arrival of your orders to the delivery address. To be eligible for the return, products must be intact with original purchase condition. To place a return order, please fill in the ''contact form'' and send the form to email. We will then arrange a time and location to pick up the return order. Once we have checked the quality of the items, refund will be made to your account.

We ensure minimal deviation of the product from the online image. However, the colour displayed on the website may vary slightly from that of the product you received. This happens mainly because of the variability in colour production among different screens and devices.

We endeavour to provide the best products and service for our dear customers. Unfortunately, there can still be chances that a product contains a production fault. Should this occur, please inform us at email as soon as possible. We will then arrange you a replacement order or any other alternatives if the product is no longer in stock. Nevertheless, warranty will not be applicable when any defects in the produces are caused by human negligence, for example not following the washing instructions as recommended on the label.
